Who provides TereTere
TereTere provides this online learning service. Use the support options available in the app for account and service requests.
What you receive
TereTere provides self-guided Estonian lessons and practice. Free previews are available; Premium unlocks the full course and additional practice tools. TereTere is not an official examination provider and does not guarantee an exam result, qualification, or language level. Automated feedback supports practice; it does not replace a teacher’s assessment.
Your account and device
Use an email address you control and keep your sign-in details private. You need an internet connection and a current browser. Recording requires microphone permission; speech features depend on browser support. Learning progress and drafts are stored on your device. Use the export option in Settings to keep a backup before clearing browser data or changing devices.
Premium payments and renewal
Premium costs €9.99 per month or €26.99 for three months. Each option renews at its selected interval until cancelled. Review the amount and renewal terms in Stripe checkout before confirming payment. Premium access starts when payment is confirmed. Stripe processes payment details and provides subscription management.
There is no annual commitment. Cancel before your next renewal through Settings → Manage billing. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. See Cancellation and refunds for withdrawal rights and refund requests. Signing out or clearing browser data does not cancel billing.
Fair use
Use the materials for your own learning. Do not resell or republish the course, share paid access, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another person’s account. You retain ownership of your own written answers and recordings.
Problems, changes, and your rights
Contact support if access fails or the service does not work as described. We may update lessons or maintain the service. Material changes to your subscription terms or price will be communicated before they apply, with an opportunity to cancel before renewal. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies for a faulty service.
If a complaint remains unresolved, eligible consumers can contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or seek remedies through the competent courts. Mandatory protections in your country of residence continue to apply.
