Cancellation and refunds
Premium is €9.99/month or €26.99 for three months, billed automatically at the selected interval until cancelled.
Stop your next renewal
- Sign in to the account used for your subscription.
- Open Settings and choose Manage billing.
- Choose the cancellation option in Stripe and confirm. Check the subscription end date shown there.
Cancel before the next renewal to prevent another charge. You keep Premium until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not itself request a refund. Deleting browser data, signing out, or ceasing to use TereTere does not stop renewal.
Withdrawal from your initial purchase
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you generally have 14 days from entering an online service contract to withdraw. TereTere’s checkout does not ask you to waive that right. Starting to use Premium does not, by itself, count as a waiver. Your statutory rights remain available.
To notify us, contact support with your account email, purchase date, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You can use: “I withdraw from my TereTere Premium subscription purchased on [date], for the account [email].” No reason is required for statutory withdrawal.
Refund requests and billing mistakes
Contact support if you were charged twice, cannot access the service you paid for, or believe a charge is incorrect. Include the charge date, amount, and invoice reference if available. Never send card numbers, passwords, or verification codes.
Outside a statutory withdrawal or other legal entitlement, unused days do not automatically qualify for a refund. This does not restrict remedies where the service is faulty or not supplied as agreed. A refund request and a cancellation request are separate: tell us if you want both.
For a valid statutory withdrawal, reimbursement is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit.
